New at the Carlton: Flame

It's been more than 5 years but I still remember my meal at Meir Adoni's Lumina. I didn't know kosher food could get to that level. But unfortunately, it's closed.

After years of waiting, there's finally a new restaurant in the same space at the Carlton Hotel: Flame.

My hopes are high since it's run by the same owners as Kamakura and Pitmaster.
