Breakfast at Asimi
As we mentioned in our roundup about the best kosher breakfasts: These are Tel Aviv’s best kosher breakfast spots, Asimi is up there! I was very pleasantly surprised by the super generous portions.
We tried a few dishes like the Avo Toast, tons of avocado on brioche bread, and the NY bagel, eggs and melted cheese on a bagel. Both were delicious and VERY generous.
Dinner at Asimi
We ordered a bunch of pasta and fish dishes when we had dinner at Asimi. In terms of fish we had ceviche on bruschetta and sea bream. They were both quite good but the portions were a bit smaller than we hoped for.
The winning dish was definitely the cheese tortellini.
Events at Asimi: Pidyon Haben
About a year ago we had the pleasure of hosting a Pidyon Haben at Asimi (for about 60 people), and it was a great experience. The restaurant’s stunning beach view provided a serene and beautiful backdrop for this special event.
Asimi’s menu complemented the occasion perfectly. They served lots of small plates with shakhsuka, cheeses, bread, dips, and other treats.
